Today we talked about:

  • The Canadian Legion and memorial banners: Mrs. LaFleur’s grandparents served in WWII and have banners in Mayerthorpe, Alberta!
  • Soldiers and why they fight (sacrifice; love of others)

Reminder: with Remembrance Day coming, talk to your families! You all have stories…you might just not know them yet!
