Today there was a MURDER MYSTERY!

We applied our argument skills to assert whether or not Ella Bountiful was the prime suspect in her husband’s death (CLAIM). We examined the textual clues as well as the image to come up with our PREMISE and EVIDENCE. We then explained why this all supported our discussion (JUSTIFICATION).

We worked in groups (columns/rows) to cover as much ground as possible. Tomorrow we will type up our two-premise paragraph.
